Youth Outreach and Navigator Service
Addictions / Substance Use, Mental Health - Child & Youth, and Youth Services

Assessment and navigation support for youth experiencing significant life challenges, particularly with mental health and/or addiction concerns.
This program helps youth navigate through rough times, such as depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. A Specialized Youth Worker meets with youth to plan and implement positive changes for the youth and their family.
The program assist youths with:
- managing short term crisis situations
- connecting to other helpful resources
- navigating the mental health system
- transportation, advocacy, & representation
