Seniors Entitlement Service (SES)

Provided by Quadra Village Community Centre

Provides trained volunteer advocates to support seniors, 55 and up, living in Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt and View Royal.
Trained volunteer advocates work to identify the avenues clients can pursue to solve their problems. These may include housing matters, legal entanglements, pension matters, loss of driver's licence, BBB matters, abuse of any kind, police entanglements, government issues, and health & social services. Advocates may accompany clients to adjudication or arbitration hearings.

To be eligible individual must be 55+ and a resident of Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, or View Royal.

Please contact the program coordinator to make an appointment, or drop in Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays between 9:00am - 3:00pm.
