Memory Cafe is a social gathering where care partners can relax, unwind and have fun with their family member with memory loss.
Memory Café Victoria is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with memory loss by fostering social connections, stimulating cognitive function, and reducing caregiver stress. The programs are unique in their focus on engagement in arts, music, and creating caring communities that reduce dementia stigma and social isolation. It is the only arts/music program for persons with dementia in the area. Programs are offered at Monterey Centre and New Horizons - James Bay and Amica Jubilee House.

Eligibility: A dementia diagnosis is required.
Cost: The program fee is $200 per 10 week program for Monterey Centre and the New Horizons locations. Amica Jubilee House offers a 6 week program at no cost. Bursaries are available to anybody who needs it. It is sliding scale bursary with full support if needed.
