- Bereavement and Loss Support Group: Meets the 2nd & 4th Friday of the month; 2 - 3 pm. This drop-in group is for those individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. With the facilitators, you will find compassionate, caring hearts walking alongside one another through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You do not have to go through the grieving process alone. Pre-registration is required. Call to sign up.
- Good Grief! Peer-to-Peer Bereavement: This 8-week closed group explores how to find meaning, purpose and joy after the loss of a loved one. Registration is required. Call to sign up.
- Yes! We Can Cope with Depression: Meets the First Wednesday of the month; 1 - 2 pm (Does not meet in the Summer months). Do you or someone you know struggle with depression? Come join this group to get support in a safe and accepting environment. By joining a group with others facing similar difficulties, support and strategies can be shared, and you can learn and feel encouraged by others. Pre-registration is required. Call to sign up.
- Senior’s Wellness Support Program: For those 65 or older diagnosed with depression or anxiety or who feel at risk because of isolation and loneliness. Small groups are held on Mondays or Thursdays, 1 – 2:30 pm. Call to enquire about this program, and the facilitator will follow up with a phone call to arrange for an intake interview, either over the phone or in person.
