Perinatal classes run on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am-1:30pm. These groups are for pregnant or post-pregnant people. Parents are welcome to bring their infant’s siblings if needed as well as one support person.

Sessions open with a shared meal, and are followed by an educational topic and discussion led by staff and various community professionals. Public health nurses, family support workers, and community support workers are available for support.
