MHRP SI offers peer support, counselling, system navigation, drop-in support groups, psychoeducation programs, and more! From time to time, we also offer special interest programs or workshops such as the Anti-Depression Skills Workshop or Therapeutic Photography.

- Family Support Groups – Friends and Family, Spouses and Partners
- Support Groups for Individuals – Hope and Recovery, Men’s Social Circle, Women’s Support Circle, PRISM (queer mental health group)
- Workshops - Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Family Recovery Journey, Antidepressant Skills Workshop, Therapeutic Photography
