The aim of the Seniors Outpatient Clinic is to improve your quality of life by optimizing ability and independence. A team that includes geriatric and psychiatry specialists provide assessments and recommend treatment plans. A physician referral is required. They specialize in helping seniors who have difficulty with falls, self-care, continence, multiple medications, confusion, and depression.

Referral Details:Physician referral is required - please consult your primary care physician for access to this service. Referral form is linked below for your access. To make a new referral, call the Community Access Centre at 250-739-5749 or 1-877-734-4101 (toll-free).

Clinics are available at Royal Jubilee Hospital - Memorial Pavilion, Peninsula Health Unit, Nanaimo and Comox Valley/Campbell River (North Island).
