A fitness and social program offering gentle exercise and social activities for people living with any form of early-stage dementia.
Minds in Motion is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early-stage dementia to attend with a family member, friend or other care partner. Gentle exercises are followed by social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Care partners must attend.

Registration fees (in-person sessions only) include the cost of the person living with dementia and one care partner. Start at any time and pay a pro-rated registration fee. In-person and online options are available.

Minds in Motion Online consists of a 30-minute fitness video followed by 45 minutes of social activity and is an opportunity to connect with others living with dementia. Care partners must attend. Groups meet weekly on:
  • Thursdays: 1 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Fridays: 10 - 11:30 a.m.
