Provides short-term one-on-one mental health and substance use counselling for adults.
The Community Counselling Program provides one-to-one, short-term supportive mental health and substance use counselling to individuals age nineteen and over in a confidential setting. Individuals can name goals, discuss personal issues and develop plans to meet their self-identified needs.
The service can also provide referral for alternate and additional supports as necessary. Additional resources can be made available to clients in need such as food cards, bus tickets, child minding and vocational supports.

Details: Self-refer by completing the intake form, or have a provider refer you by filling it out on your behalf.
