- Lifelong Learning: Offers educational programs and workshops for older adults in the Sooke region. Based on the Elder College model, we provide stimulating and enjoyable learning environments which address the unique and diverse interests of participants. Offered in-person and on Zoom.
- Better at Home: Provides non-medical seniors' support services. Services include handyman service (simple repairs), taxi vouchers, volunteer social telephone calls and visits, volunteer grocery shopping.
- Seniors Centre Without Walls: The Seniors' Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is offered to local residents aged 55+. The SCWW program is completely free and provides a variety of virtual programs. It is like having a Seniors' Centre in the comfort and safety of your own home. Programs can be accessed through phone call or Zoom. Activities vary from social to health and wellness.
- Age Friendly Committee: This committee is open to those who have interests in generational or inter-generational aspects of the region, either as private community members or as representatives for these groups.
