This is one of ten Primary Health Care Centres available within Interior Health communities. Primary Health Care Centres have a more comprehensive and coordinated approach to healthcare delivery.
- General Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Addiction Counselling, Social Work, RN (c): STI screening / education / treatment, adult immunizations, HIV and HCV engagement and connection to care, Harm Reduction (injection supplies, naloxone kits, injection site care, education etc.), low barrier – open to all who meet criteria – marginalized re: social determinants of health.
- iOAT and Supervised Consumption Services also available.
- If your referral is for Viral hepatitis: please refer to the VIRAL HEPATITIS ALGORITHM
- Clients who are attached to a physician and able to keep scheduled appointments should not access medical health care at OUH. However, they may be appropriate for Harm Reduction, STI, Addiction or Social Work appointments.
