South Island Counselling is a counselling facility which offers pay by the scale services. South Island Counselling counsellors are trained and experienced in all types of therapy such as Trauma Informed DBT, CBT, EMDR, Grief and Loss, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy for Children/Teens, Art Therapy and Spiritual Direction. Moreover, our counsellors offer individual therapy, couple therapy, child and teen counselling, and, in some cases family counselling if required.

South Island Counselling offers virtual tele-health/video counselling through Jane App. They also offer phone counselling if face-to-face and video cannot work for you

South Island Counselling offers a subsidy program to help cover up to 80% of the cost of counselling. Those who do not have benefits to cover the cost of counselling and those who have a gross household income of less than $45,000 per year qualify for fee subsidies. For the subsidy program fees start at $25 per session for individual counselling and $50 for family and couples counselling. Interested individuals can fill out the subsidy form to apply.
