Counselling for Immigrants and Refugees

Provides mental health counselling to immigrants and refugees living in Canada.
VICCIR's principal activity is to provide mental health counselling to immigrants and refugees of all ages living on Vancouver Island. They offer their services on a sliding fee scale (one-hour sessions range between $20 and $100), and for free when needed. Refugees in their first year in Canada may be eligible for government funding for their counselling. VICCIR works with specially trained interpreters as required.
