Parenting Support 2SLGBTQIA+

In-person and telephone support for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and their families experiencing mental health challenges during their pregnancy and postpartum.
Provides support to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and their families experiencing mental health challenges during their pregnancy, postpartum, or during their adoption or surrogacy journey. The following services are provided:
  • Telephone and text support: Experienced postpartum counsellors offer telephone counselling, postpartum support information and referrals. Call or text 604-255-7999.
  • Weekly postpartum support group: This confidential peer support group is led by a queer facilitator who is trained in perinatal mood disorders including postpartum depression and anxiety. This group is for individuals with a baby who is 18 months and younger.
