Provides virtual care for people without a physician and/or in need of virtual appointments.
The Virtual Clinic will focus on providing timely care for patients in the Northern Health region who do not have a primary care provider, particularly those in rural and remote areas with chronic or complex care needs. It is supported by a compassionate team of health care professionals including doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, mental health clinicians, a social worker, and a physiotherapist.
The Virtual Clinic is for:
People who don’t have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
People who need care after their health centre is closed.

Earaches
Eye irritation/injuries
Feelings of anxiety, sadness, or depression
Mild back pain
Mild breathing difficulties
Mild shortness of breath
Minor burns
Respiratory Illness
Sore throat or cough
Sprains caused by minor accidents and falls
Vomiting, diarrhea, or dehydration
Worsening cough
Mental health or addictions concerns
A need for support around substance use treatment such as Opioid Agonist Therapy or safer pharmaceutical alternatives to street drugs.
