Low Cost Counselling for Adults, Youth, and Children
- Children & Youth: The team works with children and youth aged 4 years and up. Therapists draw from a variety of modalities and often include play and arts-based activities to engage young people in meaningful conversations, help them process life changes, and learn new strategies to deal with difficult situations and feelings.
- Adults: Counsellors use a client-centred approach and evidence-based techniques to help individuals gain clarity, develop coping skills, and foster resilience in facing life's complexities.
- Online counselling: Online counselling is a convenient solution for those seeking professional support from the comfort and privacy of their own home.
The first step to accessing this service is to call and book an intake session. Counselling session fees are provided on a sliding scale starting at $30 (for families with an annual income is less than $30,000).
