- Métis employment & training program (METP): This program is designed to improve the employment potential, earning capacity and self-sufficiency of Métis people in British Columbia.
- Post-secondary education support program: Assists Métis individuals who are interested in obtaining support to attend a post-secondary institution in B.C., regardless of the type of program.
- The SITÉM skills training program: SITÉM provides skills training and support programs to Métis people in B.C. who are living in chartered Métis communities. The training is strategically designed to best meet community regional demands and focuses on in-demand jobs in construction and business administration. In addition to skills training, SITÉM also provides the necessary wrap around supports such as start-up tools, lunch programs, job coaches, work practicums and much more.
- Employment Supports Program (ESP): A funding program for the unemployed individuals who have a job offer but need one-way transportation to the job, work clothing or tools. One time funding up to $1,000 is available through this program.
