Counselling for Adults, Youth and Families

Provides counselling services for adults, youth and families.
The following two different counselling services are offered:
  • Youth and Family Support:Provides supportive counselling, crisis intervention, mediation, parent education, system navigation, outreach and referral. This service is free for youth (13 to 18 years) and their families.
  • Adult Counselling: Offers barrier-free supportive counselling for adults living in the Greater Victoria Area. This free service is offered to adults seeking help coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, safety, abuse, stress, hopelessness, grief/loss and isolation.
