Counselling for Adults, Youth and Families

Provides counselling services for adults, youth and families.
Services offered include:
  • Supportive Counselling for Adults: Offers free supportive counselling for adults living in the Greater Victoria Area. This free service is offered to adults seeking help coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, safety, abuse, stress, hopelessness, grief/loss and isolation.
  • Youth and Family Support and Education: Access to supportive counselling, intervention, mediation, parent education, system navigation, outreach and referral. This service is free for youth (13 to 18 years) and their families.
